The Spray Control Citronella Radio Fence� is Simple! Plug the transmitter into a standard power outlet and it emits a radio signal that travels along an underground wire (buried to prevent accidental breaks). A lightweight receiver is then attached to your pet's collar - or you can use the one that comes in your kit. When your pet nears the boundary you've customized for your yard, the receiver picks up the radio signal and alerts him that he's getting close. If he crosses the boundary, he'll receive a small burst of citronella spray. It's safe and effective!The Spray Control Radio Fence� makes it easy to contain your dog or cat. Spend fifteen minutes a day and you'll have your pet fully trained in two weeks or less. With additional receiver collars, you can even use the same system to contain many pets.

HOW IT WORKS: Each time your dog approaches the Spray Control Radio Fence boundary, the receiver gives a warning tone.  If he continues to approach the boundary the receiver releases a brisk, citronella spray in front of the dog's snout. Your dog hears it, sees it and most importantly, smells it. At the first spray of citronella, your dog's natural curiosity will be to seek the origin of the new odor, completely distracting him from his plans to leave your yard. Most people like the lemony fragrance of citronella, but the smell will become bothersome for a dog's highly developed olfactory sense.
